Game Notes 09-03-2020 Leaving Ashbenford
They have spent a wonderful night at the Ashbenford Arms and are just waking up.

They go downstairs for breakfast attended by their personal servants. Danny takes care of Lorik with some steaks.
They go shopping!
They find a cart seller who has carving tool set with 6 different blades for 10gp. Cold chisels set of 12 for 12gp. Dice and a liars dice set with colapsing cup.
They spend the day shopping and spending their most recent plunder.
They go back the the Arms and have a nice lunch. They spend the rest of the day cleaning and fixing their gear.
At dinner they enjoy the music of Jhaer. Late night.
They have a simple breakfast and leave at 8:00.
They go to the river Ashara and walk along it looking for a good campsite for a couple of days stay.
They at a small hilly campsite with a large pool with a small stream that drains into the Ashara river.
They cook the healing potion which needs 3 days to "cure"
Early evening encounter with a nilbog. It is going to try to steal one of the packs on the 2nd watch.

Innate Spellcasting. The nilbog's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: mage hand, Tasha's hideous laughter, vicious mockery, 1/day: confusion
Nilbogism. Any creature that attempts to damage the nilbog must first succeed on a DC 12 Charisma saving throw or be charmed until the end of the creature's next turn. A creature charmed in this way must use its action praising the nilbog.
The nilbog can't regain hit points, including through magical healing, except through its Reversal of Fortune reaction.
Nimble Escape. The nilbog can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Fool's Scepter. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (ld6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (ld6 + 2) piercing damage.

Reversal of Fortune. In response to another creature dealing damage to the nilbog, the nilbog reduces the damage to O and regains ld6 hit points.
